Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged (see list below).
Fashion items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and without any signs of wear.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or message.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange
We only offer product exchange for items that arrive defective or damaged.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items
For hygiene and personal care reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Skincare, makeup, and perfume products that have been opened or used
Lingerie, bras, underwear, and bodysuits
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
